POSITION: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STARTING LOCATION: DUBAI MEDIA CITY MISSION: As part of the Finance team, Accounts Receivable will be responsible for Integral Shopper?s invoicing and payment collection by considering the company?s core values. JOB DESCRIPTION - Day to Day payment follow-up through phone and email based on outstanding report. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquirie Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status Sending invoices to Clients on time Uploading of invoices through client portal - Statement of Account preparation and sharing with clients Client contact tracker updating Arrange of Cheque collection and deposit. Processing and recording transactions. Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date. Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts. SCOPE - Meetings: Daily huddle, Weekly individuals, Projects management milestones, Main KPIs: Client Outstanding, Coupon Deposit collection before campaign start, Client deposit reconciliation - Tools: Zoho books, ZAQI - Reports to Finance Manager, Financial Controller. PROFILE - Any bachelor?s degree, Accounting (Preferable) - At least 2 years? experience in a similar role. - Good computer skills, especially with MS Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. - High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. - Attention to detail. - Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
