Position Overview
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is offering an excellent Management Development and Internship opportunity for motivated graduates or early-career professionals interested in finance, hospitality operations, and corporate accounting. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to accounts receivable functions within one of the world's most iconic luxury hotels, supporting career growth within Marriott International.

Key Responsibilities
Develop working knowledge of Marriott SOPs, LSOPs, and corporate credit policies
Assist the Accounts Receivable Clerk with invoice preparation and documentation
Support daily reconciliation activities and preparation of statements of accounts
Assist with audit compliance related to credit policies across departments
Maintain accurate filing and record storage for receivable documents
Follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain proper follow-up logs
Report current or potential credit issues to the AR Supervisor or AR Clerk
Ensure proper handling and documentation of credit cards and imprints
Support group billing follow-ups and make adjustments when required
Assist with monthly reconciliation of city ledger, guest ledger, and other receivable accounts
Cover Accounts Receivable Clerk duties during absences when required
Maintain effective coordination with other department heads
Ideal Profile
Graduate or student in finance, accounting, business administration, or hospitality management
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn accounting processes
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
Positive attitude with interest in building a long-term career in hospitality finance
