The person will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role supports the financial health of the organization by monitoring receivables, resolving billing discrepancies, and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send customer invoices promptly.
Record and update payment transactions accurately.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Contact customers regarding overdue payments and resolve payment issues.
Reconcile payments with bank statements and client accounts.
Maintain and verify customer account information.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to receivables.
Qualifications:
Degree in finance or accounting preferred.
Experience in accounts receivable or finance supporting roles.
Proficiency with accounting software, Odoo and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
