Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented

Accounts Receivable Executive

to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger. Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices via phone, email, and formal communication. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management. Ensure timely application of payments and maintain accurate records in the accounting system. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues. Assist in month-end closing processes related to receivables. Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE financial regulations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable (preferably in trading or construction-related industries). Strong communication and negotiation skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
