- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and posting customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- Assist in following up with customers for overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication methods, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Assist in generating daily/weekly AR reports, maintain organized records of transactions, and support the AR team in month-end closing activities.
