- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, approval, and timely entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare payment runs (e.g., checks, bank transfers) according to payment schedules.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and review statements from vendors.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
