We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our client's dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in accounts payable functions, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage end-to-end accounts payable processes. Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing to suppliers. Prepare and reconcile accounts payable reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports. Review and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth business operations. Handle audits related to accounts payable functions. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency. Required Skills & Experience:

5-8 years of experience in accounts payable or relevant finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel. Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation. Experience in managing vendor and supplier relationships. Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. CA Inter / CA Final or Post Graduate qualification in Finance. Seniority Level
