Eiwaa Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing business group based in the UAE, driven by innovation and operational excellence. We're expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented Accountant - Accounts Payable to join us in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our finance team, you will:

Record daily cash book transactions and reconcile bank statements. Manage company credit card registrations and perform monthly reconciliations. Process and verify purchase invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes. Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate payments, and potential fraud. Prepare accounts payable documentation and support internal/external audits. Maintain vendor spend reports and assist with In-Country Value (ICV) compliance. Verify and process utility bills promptly, resolving billing disputes. Prioritize payments based on statutory obligations and supplier importance. Use AP ageing reports and cash flow projections to manage payment schedules.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles. Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
