Job Details

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Record expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing and reviewing documentation
• Schedule and prepare vendor payments, monitor discount opportunities, and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure proper reconciliation of vendor accounts, monthly statements, and related transactions
• Process employee reimbursements and expense advances after verification
• Maintain accounting ledgers and post account transactions accurately
• Manage petty cash disbursements with proper documentation and records
• Calculate and report sales taxes on paid invoices as required
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data
• Stay updated on accounting practices through professional development

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
