- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay cheques
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay cheques and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Bank Reconciliation
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation
- Protects organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping information confidential
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes accounting and organisation mission by completing related results as needed
- Master\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum experience 01-02 years in core accounting
- Should be well versed with Ms excel and Zoho Software
- Can join Immediately @ umm al quwain
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
