Roles and Responsibilities: Handling accounts payable: Receiving payments requests, invoices from vendors. Reviewing the requests in accordance to the services provided and the budget allocated. Preparing payments to be processed.Handling accounts receivable: Issuing and sharing invoices with the clients. Payment collection reassurance and coordinatingIn charge of petty cash requests and reimbursements.Bookkeeping: Recording of expenses and income; financial month-end closing of accounts and reconciliations with the bank statement; registering fixed assets and running depreciation monthly; financial books updating.Document management: Filing invoices and payments. Requirements: Essential: minimum 2 years' experience in handling accounts, accounting software Microsoft dynamics, Oracle or SAPEssential: Good excel skillsMust be based in the UAE with a valid Freelance visa / family visa.
