Junior Accountant

to join our finance team in

Umm Al Quwain

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

Manage supplier accounts, reconcile statements, verify invoices, and ensure timely payments.

Bank & Financial Transactions:

Process payment entries, maintain records of cheques and online transfers, and assist in bank reconciliations.

Expense Management:

Record and track expenses such as utility bills, fuel costs, and credit card statements.

Petty Cash Handling:

Process petty cash payments, reimbursements, and maintain cash flow records.

Reporting & Compliance:

Assist in financial reporting, VAT compliance, and internal audits.

ERP System Management:

Update and maintain financial transactions in

Epicor

ERP system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing industry preferred). Proficiency in

Epicor, Tally, QuickBooks, Excel or similar accounting software.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills.
Immediate Joining Preferred.

Job Location - Umm Al Quwain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
