Overview:

Join Marhaba group of comapnies, a leading player in the automotive and car auctions industry in the United Arab Emirates, as an Accounts Payable. We are seeking an immediate and experienced individual with a minimum of 4 + years of accounting experience in the UAE. This role involves handling invoices, verifying transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in

accounts payable operations

within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing & Verification:

Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Payments& Reconciliation:

Prepare and execute payments to vendors, reconcile accounts payable ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.

Vendor Management:

Maintain good relationships with suppliers, address payment queries, and negotiate payment terms when necessary.

Expense & Compliance Management

: Ensure all transactions comply with tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Reporting & Documentation:

Generate reports on accounts aging, cash flow projections, and maintain accurate financial records.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of payables.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Immediate joiners are preferred. 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance- related roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems). Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem- solving skills. Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
