The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity while ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Responsibilities: - Process and manage vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Ensure proper documentation and approval for all payments. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics. - Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. - Support internal and external audits related to accounts payable processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable procedures. - Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, preferably in a multinational environment. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
