We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts Officer
to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, organizing product supply documentation, supporting invoice and budget processes, and ensuring all ERP entries are accurate and properly documented.
Responsibilities:
Prepare product purchase orders for supervisor review
Organize and maintain documentation for product supplies and customer deliveries
Engage with customer teams on product orders and delivery coordination
Record product purchases in the ERP system and save for review
Prepare and send customer invoices with necessary documentation
Maintain an updated PPE schedule and submit monthly reports
Support annual budget preparation with the supervisor
Prepare monthly cash budgets and weekly payment schedules for review
Prepare monthly variance analysis reports for supervisor review
Ensure all ERP entries are backed by appropriate attachments
Prepare audit schedules and support the audit process
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or other authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting)
Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Must not exceed 27 years of age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,499.00 - AED6,501.00 per month
