Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage our financial records and ensure accurate accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in handling various financial transactions and software

Responsibilities:

Purchase Invoices Checking and Booking:

Review and record purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Raising Tax Invoices for Maintenance Works:

Prepare and issue tax invoices for maintenance-related activities.

Day Book Printing and Arranging for Approvals:

Print and organize the daybook for management approval.

Subcontractors Progress Invoices Booking:

Record invoices related to subcontractor progress.

Expenses Booking:

Record daily expenses and ensure proper documentation. (Approx. 5 hours)

Receiving Original Invoices from Departments:

Collect and verify original invoices from various departments.

Complementing on the Accounts Officer Works:

Assist in completing various accounting tasks as needed.

Additional Works on Odoo Implementations:

Contribute to ongoing projects related to the implementation of Odoo accounting software.

Other Works as Assigned (As required):

Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Skills: -

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated experience in financial transactions and reporting
