Auto point Spare Parts is a growing automotive parts business focused on accuracy, strong systems, and professional operations. We are looking for a reliable, process-driven Accounts Officer to manage our daily financial operations and ensure smooth supplier and cash control.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier reconciliation and statement matching
Tracking cheques, cash, and bank deposits
Managing utility bills and recurring payments
Posting and maintaining records in accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
Preparing payment summaries for management approval
Supporting stock reconciliation and inventory control
Requirements:
2-5 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong reconciliation and follow-up skills
Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books is a plus)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Process-oriented mindset and professional work ethic
