About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Officer

to join our team in the UAE. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team with budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle full cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable, GL entries, reconciliations, and payroll Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements/management reports Monitor and manage cash flow and bank transactions Assist in project estimates, budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain accurate records of all project-related financial transactions Track labor, materials, subcontractor expenses and overhead to support precise job cost analysis Evaluate and monitor Project/operating expenses vs actuals continuously Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and other financial regulations Assure the ERP system is always up to date with all the necessary reconciliations Support internal and external audit requirements Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and clients for financial matters Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or the management, within the natural scope of the Accountant role.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting

3-5 years of UAE experience preferably in contracting/construction industry

Solid understanding of accounting principles and project cost control Proficient in accounting software

(e.g., QuickBooks, or ERP systems)

Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT/Corporate Tax

regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Can join Immediately and must be staying in Dubai Only Preferably cancelled Visa

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
