Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance is a Must OR 2 years Experience in any Chartered Accountant Firm
4 Years of Relevant experience in UAE at Senior Position Analytical Skills:
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, strong Grip in Using Excel with Formulas
Experience in using Peachtree/Tally or any other Accounting Software : - Monthly reporting to Management for all Company Financials Statements - Monthly Bank Reconciliations & Petty Cash Reconciliation - Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy - Creating & Entering all Purchase invoices and LPO\'s in the system - Create & Manage Proper Filling System for Purchase & Accounts Works - Prepare & Process Monthly Payroll, Leaves, Loans, Visa & Ticketing for All Employees - Plan and prepare Company\'s Budgeting & Suggest Cost Reduction Initiatives - Enter & Process all Petty Claims and Manage Petty Claims SOA Reconciliation with Custodians & Client - Managing a company\'s accounts payable and receivable - Knowledge of VAT compliance process & Procedures - Responsible for Maintaining Fixed Assets Register and & Preparation of Depreciation Schedules - Responsible for updating mortgage Schedule for logistics and liaison with banks - Maintain professional Client Communication written and verbal -Maintain professional Communication with vendors - Excellent Knowledge & Experience in building & maintaining Charts of Accounts - Responsible for attending Weekly Management meetings with Action plans Candidates with Cancelled Visa/Visit Visa/Can join Immediately will be Preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,800.00 - AED5,000.00 per month License/Certification:
