We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting processes, and supporting compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Maintain general ledger entries and ensure timely financial reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle vendor payments, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management
Monitor company budgets and assist with financial planning
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial transactions
Efficiently use Zoho Books/Zoho Finance modules for all accounting functions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Zoho accounting software is mandatory
Good analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
