Job Overview

We are seeking an

experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager

to oversee the financial operations of our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will manage accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with UAE regulations, including

Corporate Tax and VAT

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the

daily accounting operations

, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

in compliance with UAE accounting standards Ensure compliance with

UAE Corporate Tax laws and VAT regulations

Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets, and cash flow Oversee

VAT filings, reconciliations, and submissions

to the Federal Tax Authority Ensure

accuracy of financial data

and maintain strong internal controls Coordinate with external auditors for audits and regulatory reporting Manage

bank reconciliations

, WPS salary processing, and other statutory requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring professional development and efficiency Provide

financial insights and reports

to management for strategic decision-making Implement

policies and procedures

to improve financial processes and compliance
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

(CPA/ACCA preferred)

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS regulations

Hands-on experience with

accounting software

(Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) Excellent proficiency in

MS Excel

and financial reporting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills in

English

(Hindi/Arabic is a plus) UAE work experience is preferred but not mandatory
