Role Summary
You are the bridge between clients and the internal team.
Your job is to
own the client relationship, control deliverables, enforce deadlines, and ensure the content plan moves forward without the CEO needing to interfere.
This is NOT a "forwarding messages" position.
You are expected to
lead, decide, and manage outcomes
-- not collect excuses.
Core Responsibilities
? Manage 6-8 active clients (depending on load)
? Handle all client communication professionally (WhatsApp, email, calls)
? Collect briefs, approvals, and revisions on schedule
? Assign tasks to editors/shooters and follow up until completion
? Ensure quality before anything reaches the client
? Prevent scope creep (no free extra work without approval)
? Track delivery calendar, deadlines, and shoot schedules
? Send weekly progress reports to clients + internal report to CEO
? Document all instructions, approvals, and changes inside system (Notion/Trello)
? Escalate only when needed -- not every 5 minutes
? Maintain client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
Authority
You are authorized to:
Approve or reject edits
Push deadlines internally
Correct or stop poor quality delivery
Tell clients "this is out of scope"
Enforce accountability within the team
Request replacement of editors/shooters/team members who fail repeatedly
You escalate to the CEO ONLY when:
? Excellent written + spoken communication
? Confident, assertive, NOT passive
? Can manage creative teams and hold pressure
? Understands social media content formats (reels, stories, campaign flow)
? Organized, structured, deadline-driven
? Can say "no" without fear
? Works with solutions, not stories or excuses
? Arabic & English is a must
? Driver license & a car (For Mobility)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
