Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, develop business growth strategies, and oversee account operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting,forecasting and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships (50% of time)
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth (20% of time)
- Oversee account operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (15% of time)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success (10% of time)
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients (5% of time)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management preferably in Holiday homes or real estate.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
