We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Manager

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The Accounts Manager will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Supervise and guide the accounting team. Collaborate with internal and external auditors. Support budget and forecasting activities. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and financial institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates with experience in shipping, maritime, oil, and gas companies will have an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is preferred. Minimum [X] years of experience in accounting or financial management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
