Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Account Manager

with at least

5 years of proven experience

in managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives. Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement, from onboarding to post-sale support. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor account performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues. Prepare and present regular reports, performance metrics, and proposals to clients. Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize account growth. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic input. Ensure contracts, billing, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in account management, client services, or related role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or retention targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
