Our client, a growing international company in Sharjah, specializing in the import/export of raw materials, spare parts, and machineryaEUR"with a focus on the printing & packaging sectoraEUR"is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead their finance operations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting Manage and mentor a team of at least two accounting staff Ensure accuracy in multi-currency accounting, including realized and unrealized foreign exchange gains/losses Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and company policies Requirements: CPA, CFA, or CA qualified or equivalent Experience in accounting and finance, ideally in the manufacturing sector At least 3 years of leadership experience managing a team Proficient in handling transactions in multiple currencies and related accounting entries Fluent in English, both written and spoken If you're a finance professional with leadership experience and a strong grasp of international accounting practices, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
