A reputable company based in Sharjah is looking for a highly qualified
Finance Manager with strong auditing experience
to lead its financial operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, and support executive decision-making.
As the Finance Manager & Audit Expert, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Leading internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS
Managing VAT and Corporate Tax submissions
Developing and improving internal control policies and financial procedures
Coordinating with external auditors, banks, and relevant government authorities
Advising senior management on financial planning and risk management
Supervising and mentoring the finance team
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in finance and audit within the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA is a plus)
Strong knowledge of
IFRS
, UAE tax laws, and internal audit frameworks
Full proficiency in
Arabic and English
- reading, writing, and speaking
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
UAE Driving License is required
Age must not exceed 35 years
