Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a

CA Final qualified professional

with proven experience in the UAE, possessing strong knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance frameworks, and financial management strategies.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the finance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing cash flows, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the company. Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with

UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, AML, CRS

and other regulatory requirements. Supervise and review accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Conduct financial risk management, cost control, and variance analysis. Develop internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard assets. Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and external stakeholders. Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Support strategic decision-making with financial insights, KPIs, and performance analysis. Ensure smooth year-end and audit processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education/Certification:

Chartered Accountant (

CA Final qualified

) - Mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years of relevant finance experience

, with at least

3+ years in the UAE

. Proven expertise in

financial reporting, corporate tax, VAT compliance, and financial planning

. Strong knowledge of

IFRS, GAAP, and UAE financial regulations

. Proficiency in accounting software (

Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero

) and advanced

MS Excel/Google Sheets

. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
