Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory* MBA (Finance) - Preferred*
Key Responsibilities
Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
Preparation and analysis of MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts
P&L preparation, review, and variance analysis
Cash flow planning, monitoring, and working capital management
Handling statutory compliances, audits, and taxation (direct & indirect)
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Provide financial analysis and business support to management for decision-making
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders
Oversee ERP / finance systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Skills & Experience Required
Strong accounting, finance, and taxation fundamentals
Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, Budget vs Actual analysis, and variance analysis
Working knowledge of ERP / finance systems
Ability to interpret and present financial data clearly to senior management
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
