We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting and finance tasks including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting software. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Process accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts receivable function by invoicing clients, recording receipts, and following up on overdue payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as required by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
