Accounts Executive
Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and analytical Accounts Executive to manage our company's financial transactions and records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring compliance with standard accounting principles, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process payroll and handle employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial laws.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role within the UAE.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures (e.g., GAAP).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for an interview.
