Job Description

  • Fee collections from parents, raising invoices per term.
  • Dealing with difficult parents and explaining any charges or fees that are not clear.
  • Finalize deductions and payroll in Oracle every month
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Keep a tab of staff expenses, class petty cash, accounts petty cash
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Help with internal and external audit paperwork trail
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepare vendor payments by verifying documentation and processing payment cheques.
