We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Accounts Executive to become an integral part of our growing finance team. In this role, your expertise, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our financial health and driving informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage the full cycle of invoicing, customer payments, vendor bills, and payment processing. Ensure timely collections and reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Perform daily/monthly bookkeeping activities. Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and credit card statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Support internal and external audit processes with required documentation.
  • Taxation Support: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in coordination with consultants or seniors.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency within the finance function.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A semi-qualified CA/CMA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
