The Role
: \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing all financial statements, bank reconciliation, invoices, and payments by cheque or online bank portals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle petty cash and close the petty cash from other cashiers, maintain credit card transaction reports and close the cards on the monthly basis, record all the transactions of payments through bank, credit cards or cash properly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and submit VAT reports, manage monthly cash requirements by projecting and maintaining cash flow projections for equity needs, and conduct VAT audits as when conducted by the FTA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing and reviewing salaries using software in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Group Accounting Manager.

Position Title: Accounts Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus company car and fuel Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A prominent holding company with a diversified portfolio of businesses Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Asian nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 35 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum at least 2 years UAE experience in accounting \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in Commerce. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience with accounting software such as sage, tally or QuickBooks \xe2\x80\xa2 Certifications in Accounting or Finance is a plus with Driving license preferred
