Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Executive
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions includingmonth-end closing, financial reporting, and VAT return preparation
.Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and perform accurate month-end closing activities. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. Prepare and file VAT returns in a timely manner. Assist in year-end audits and liaise with auditors as required. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Reconcile accounts, maintain general ledger, and ensure accurate financial data entry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of
month-end closing procedures
,financial reporting
, andVAT returns
. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.). High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is an advantage. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
