About the Role

As an

Account Director

, you'll be at the heart of our projects -- managing key client relationships, designing event strategies, and leading seamless execution across diverse experiences. From corporate events and brand activations to large-scale experiences, you will turn client ambitions into reality with creativity, precision, and strategic insight.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, aligning client goals with innovative event solutions while ensuring flawless planning, delivery, and success on every project.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build, nurture, and grow strong client partnerships within the events space. Lead strategic planning for events, activations, and experiences aligned with client objectives. Oversee full event project lifecycles -- from brief to on-site execution and post-event reporting. Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources with high accountability. Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and contribute to business development. Analyze event success, client feedback, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

10+ years

in account management, client servicing, or event planning -- preferably with a top-tier events agency. Deep knowledge of the events industry -- trends, suppliers, venues, technologies, and audience engagement. Proven track record in delivering large-scale events and complex experiences. Strong skills in client strategy, project management, budgeting, creative development, and business development. Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. Passion for live experiences, attention to detail, and a solution-driven mindset.

Performance Will Be Measured By

Client satisfaction and retention rates post-events. Successful delivery of events on time, within scope, and on budget. Growth in business opportunities with existing and new clients. Event engagement rates, attendee satisfaction, and overall event ROI.
