Salary Range: AED 8000 + NAFIS
1. Manage administrative activities to optimize office operations, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
2. Schedule, confirm, and prepare for meetings and appointments to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth communication and participation.
3. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including securing venues and preparing necessary documentation.
4. Liaise with HR and Vendor Management on staff-related issues such as leave, attendance, and creation of employee numbers and user IDs for part-time staff.
5. Handle administrative needs like procurement requests, business line requests, security access, transportation, and office supplies management.
6. Oversee user account renewals and manage staff reimbursements and claims.
7. Initiate and follow up on service calls for IT and business-related issues through IDM/IT service desk systems.
8. Assist with attendance management using systems like SAP & HR4US and support staff in booking conference rooms and meeting requirements
9. Manage daily email correspondence, direct queries to appropriate personnel, and ensure new joiners have necessary equipment and access
10. Ensure confidentiality of all office files, records, documents, and databases and follow up on routine and special reports.
11. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software, with excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
12. Performs any other related duties as required.
