. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, payment follow-ups, and client coordination while ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day
accounting entries using Tally
.
Maintain and update financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
Manage
cheque collection, deposit tracking, and follow-ups
with clients and tenants.
Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding payments and documentation.
Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations using
MS Excel
.
Assist in month-end closing and accounting support activities.
Visit clients/properties for cheque collection and official coordination when required.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of UAE experience
in
real estate accounting and cheque collection
.
Strong proficiency in
Tally and MS Excel
.
Fluency in
Hindi and English
;
basic Arabic
is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage both office and field-related responsibilities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience working with real estate companies, property management firms, or developers.
