Job Description
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Assisting in Accounts for invoicing and connected works. \xc2\xb7 Assisting work order closing / waste report \xc2\xb7 Entering data for WIP Report in sales accounts \xc2\xb7 Assist in General Accounts \xe2\x80\x93 verification of purchase invoices \xc2\xb7 Making purchase JV; s/General/making vouchers. \xc2\xb7 Checking petty cash payments / making vouchers \xc2\xb7 Assist updating receipts in the system. \xc2\xb7 Assist in monitors the waste paper sales. \xc2\xb7 Assist in issue of gate passes. TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDS \xc2\xb7 Supports Accountant in all his works as needed. \xc2\xb7 Assisting in preparation of meeting reports, ISO reports and Audit requirements. \xc2\xb7 Takes part with the team for periodic internal control measures including inventory checking and the like. \xc2\xb7 Assists sales accounts team in preparing delivery notes, invoices in case it is needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE \xc2\xb7 Commerce Graduate \xc2\xb7 Computer literate with expert skill in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP System, Post qualification experience preferred but not a must Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month Application Question(s):
