Prepare and update the Delivery Report regularly.
Ensure all delivered items are accurately recorded.
5. Email Communication
Reply to customer emails professionally and on time.
Maintain proper email records and ensure follow-ups wherever required.
6. Journal Entries for Office Expenses
Record journal entries for all office-related expenses.
7. Amazon Sales
Process Amazon sales invoicing (Friday & Saturday / end of the week).
Other Responsibilities
Assist the accounts and operations teams whenever required.
Maintain proper documentation for all tasks.
Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality of company data.
