We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance department at NASCO Trading LLC in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about maintaining accuracy in financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, and payment reconciliations.
Support the accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
Prepare and process bills, receipts, and relevant financial documents.
Maintain ledgers and assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
