Key Responsibilities:
Manage
accounts receivable and payable
Handle
petty cash
and ensure proper documentation
Perform
daily financial data entry
and reconciliation
Utilize
accounting software
to manage financial records
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and audits
Coordinate with warehouse operations for accurate expense tracking
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in accounting roles
Fluent in Tagalog
(verbal and written)
Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,
Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho
, or similar)
Strong knowledge of
receivables, payables, and petty cash handling
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
