Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Handle VAT returns and other tax-related matters.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Monitor and control company expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and standards.
Assist with audits and other financial matters as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
.
Previous experience as an accountant in a
travel agency
is highly preferred.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax regulations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Travel industry experience
is a plus, as we value individuals who understand the unique financial needs of a travel agency.
