Manage and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense reports
Support with administration tasks such as documentation, filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, initiating payment requests
Provide support to the operations team in day-to-day tasks and special projects
Assist with the preparation of payroll inputs, manage cash salary provided with vouchers and proper documentation
Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting documents and financial statements
Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
Requirements;
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Account Assistant or similar role in UAE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (must be attested from MOFA UAE)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel with VLookup, HLookup, Spreadsheets etc.
Must have knowledge on SIF file preparation for payroll
Basic knowledge on UAE Labour Law for End-of-Service benefits and Leave salary calculations
Knowledge on UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Tax policies
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
Experience in Logistics or Transportation sector is an added advantage
