We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Dhait. The position involves maintaining proper accounts, handling purchase entries, and ensuring smooth shift operations (opening and closing).
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Purchase Entry
Record and verify all purchase entries accurately in the accounting system.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, bills, and receipts.
Assist in reconciling supplier accounts and updating ledgers.
Shift Opening & Closing
Perform daily shift opening and closing activities, including cash verification and system updates.
Prepare daily reports on cash flow, purchases, and operational activities.
Ensure proper handover between shifts with accurate documentation.
General Support
Assist management with daily operational and financial reporting.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
Coordinate with suppliers, staff, and management for smooth workflow.
Requirements
Must be
based in Dhait, R.A.K , U.A.E
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or cashier/shift handling.
Basic knowledge of accounting entries and purchase recording.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP preferred).
Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in retail, trading, or office equipment business is a plus.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage).

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
