We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Assistant to support the finance department in daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in accounting while contributing to the smooth operation of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Accounts Receivable Records
Preparing, Monitoring and Processing Invoices
Bank Reconciliation
Data Entry and Record Keeping Transactions
Resolving Billing Discrepancies
General Administrative Support
Qualifications:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, relevant experience or professional qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA) may be acceptable.
3 - 4 years experience in a similar accounts assistant or accounts payable/receivable role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Preferrably tagalog and english speaker

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
