F&B Accounts Assistant Position Overview: As an accounts assistant, you are required to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and support various accounting tasks. You\xe2\x80\x99ll handle accounts payables and receivables, reconcile bank statements, and assist with budgeting. Roles and Responsibilities:
Process invoices, purchase orders and, expense reports.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers.
Maintain accurate financial records that are up to date.
Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions, as well as recording daily financial transactions and expenses.
Input financial data into accounting software such as QuickBooks or Microsoft platforms (Excel)
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Assist in inventory valuation and reporting
Ensure filing of documents in both digital and hard copies are archived diligently
Preparation of documents and financial contracts
Work closely with procurement and cost inventory controlling department to ensure accurate and financial information
Coordinate other tasks as assigned by the finance and purchase manager
