PLM Interiors Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounts Assistant
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions accurately
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
Support monthly closing and audit preparations
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding accounts
Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong MS Excel and basic reporting skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and time-management skills
Manufacturing experienced preferred
