We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Assistant
to support our finance department. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the senior accountant in preparing reports and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry of daily financial transactions.
Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
Assist in preparing VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documents.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager/Accountant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
