Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day accounting tasks including petty cash, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in Dynamics 365 Business Central
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in VAT filing and other tax-related tasks.
Support senior accountants with audits and financial analysis.
Purchase invoice posting.
Process and Coordinate with all departments on payment requests - ensuring correct documentation accordance to the accounting policies.
Compile all the supporting documents from the Finance Director for online transfer and posting it in the system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in accounting, preferably using
Zoho Books
.
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles and financial reporting
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and accounting software
.
Attention to detail and
strong analytical skills
.
Ability to work independently and
meet deadlines
.
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
is a plus.
